Mentoring: find one, be one and make the most of the relationship

After a succesful presentation on this topic last year, we repeat it . If you want to learn, grow and develop, professionally or personally, there is one type of relationship that can accelerate your progress: and this is mentoring. Because whatever skillset you are working on, chances are there’s someone out there who you could learn from. During this session, you will learn more about what mentoring is and the benefits of having mentors in your life. And you will walk away with tips on how to find a suitable mentor and how to make the most of the relationship. And because mentees need mentors, we’ll also talk about how you can pay it forward and become a mentor yourself.
